We all have the potential to change, grow, and have meaningful relationships at every stage of life. I believe the desire to do better for ourselves and those we love is one of the best parts of our humanity. Although it might seem scary to begin therapy, the process can be a source of encouragement and strength as you are heard and seen without judgment.

I view our human experience through an existential lens where you are encouraged to engage with your own "becoming" as you create a life worth living. I welcome all ways that bring awareness and change, including restoration therapy, solution-focused therapy, and techniques of self-compassion, mediation, spiritual integration, and somatic regulation. I work with adults, teens and kids and have experience with women's issues, parenting, marriage, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addiction.

I reside in Portland, Oregon, with my husband, three children, a dog, a new kitty, and two noisy parakeets. You can typically find me trying to get outside daily and finding any reason to meet over a meal. I can't wait to connect and accompany you on your journey!
