I enjoy working with individuals and couples across all life stages, from teens (12+) to older adults. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking growth, or facing challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. I compassionately walk beside you, holding a supportive space where healing and transformation can begin. I hold a multiculturally sensitive space where all are welcomed, valued, and seen.
I’m passionate about supporting you through trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s challenges, chronic pain or illness, and more. Together, we can both ground and elevate you—uncovering and healing root causes, building clarity and resilience, so you can live the heart of who you truly are and want to be.
Using an integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach, I draw from Restoration Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, Hypnotherapy, and integrate Somatic EMDR interventions in my practice, among other tools. My work is strengths-based and person-centered, grounded in calm, compassionate sensitivity because these are some of my heart’s deepest values. I create a safe, confidential space where you can truly know, be, and love who you are.
