I am wholeheartedly passionate about working with individuals of all ages—adults, teens, and children—looking to deepen their relationship with themselves, get to know who they truly are, and explore fulfillment in life. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, experiencing anxiety, working through trauma or grief, pursuing substance use recovery, or just figuring out what comes next, I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Sometimes, it’s in the moments of lightness, humor, and shared connection that we rediscover joy and resilience. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you grow into where you want to be, all while valuing your distinct humanity. Whether you’re here to untangle a challenge, strengthen your relationships, build your relationship with yourself, or simply find a space to breathe and reflect, I’m honored to support you on this path.

My strengths-based approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and non-judgment, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. In our work together, I combine the use of art therapy with talk therapy. This includes a focus on creative problem-solving, mind-body connection, trauma-informed care, existential exploration, and humanistic therapies.

Creativity can be used to help process emotions and experiences, but you don’t need to be an artist to benefit. Art therapy is about the process—not the product—and can include art-making, writing, music, or even analogies and metaphors. These elements allow for greater insight and deeper self-expression while honoring your unique wisdom.
